Welcome to Mended Hearts - Chapter #248
Our organization was founded to offer support to both current and former cardiac patients, their families, and friends. Mended Hearts, Inc. (http://www.mendedhearts.org/) was chartered in 1951 to serve this purpose. Our local Chapter #248 originated in 1993, and is currently affiliated with Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Mended Hearts, Inc., is affiliated with the American Heart Association.
